Terms of Service

All images delivered by Shutter Studios Cincinnati (MDM Productions LLC) remain the copyrighted property of Shutter Studios Cincinnati unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For individual and wedding clients: Your gallery grants you a personal-use license to download, print, and share these images for non-commercial purposes, including personal social media use. Commercial use, resale, or use in promotion of another business requires written permission.

For corporate, nonprofit, and business clients: Usage rights are governed by your signed service agreement with Shutter Studios Cincinnati. Unless that agreement states otherwise, your organization is granted a license to use delivered images for your organization's marketing, promotional, fundraising, and internal communications purposes. This license does not transfer copyright ownership.

We recommend ordering prints through the gallery's built-in store to ensure accurate color and quality. We are not responsible for the results of prints ordered through third-party labs.

Galleries remain active for [12 months] from the date of delivery. We recommend downloading and backing up your images during this window.

Shutter Studios Cincinnati retains the right to use delivered images for its own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, except where images depict minors (see below) or where a client has requested otherwise in writing.

Images depicting minors will not be used in Shutter Studios Cincinnati's marketing, advertising, or social media without prior written confirmation from a parent, guardian, or the organizing client authorized to provide such confirmation on the family's behalf.

Images may not be significantly altered, filtered, or reprocessed (including AI upscaling or editing) in a manner that misrepresents them as unedited or original work product.
