Shutter Studios Cincinnati (MDM Productions LLC) collects limited personal information — such as name, email address, and event details — solely to deliver your gallery, communicate about your session or event, and process any print or product orders placed through this site.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Galleries are hosted through Pixieset, which may collect standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate the platform. Print orders are fulfilled through Pixieset's integrated lab partners, who receive only the information necessary to complete the order.

Photographs in this gallery may include other individuals present at the event or session — including, in the case of group events, other guests, attendees, or program participants. By accessing this gallery, you acknowledge that images may include individuals other than yourself.

Events involving minors are photographed with the understanding that the organizing client (school, nonprofit, or event host) has obtained any necessary parental or guardian consent for photography prior to the event. Shutter Studios Cincinnati relies on the organizing client's representation of consent and does not independently collect consent from individual families unless specifically engaged to do so.
